Refund policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns Due to Damage or Defect: If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Simply email us at mike@pilsudskimustard.com with a photo of the damaged product and your order number.
Returns Due to Dissatisfaction: If you're unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
Return Process:
- Email mike@pilsudskimustard.com to request a return authorization
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide a return shipping label and instructions
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or send a replacement
Refund Processing Time:
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Product Condition Requirements
For food safety reasons, all returned products must be unopened, in original packaging, and within their expiration date. Products that have been opened, used, or are past their expiration date cannot be accepted for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
