Shipping Methods & Times

Standard Shipping: Pilsudski Mustard ships products via USPS as our primary carrier, though we may also use UPS and FedEx through our ShippingEasy service depending on destination and package size. Our products ship from our warehouse located on 1011 Tuckerton Court, Reading, PA 19605.

Processing Time: We process and prepare all orders within 48 hours of receiving them (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery Timeframes:

  • East Coast: 1-3 business days after shipping
  • Midwest: 2-4 business days after shipping
  • West Coast: 4-7 business days after shipping

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

Package Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can track your package status using the provided tracking number through the carrier's website.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally. We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to shipping regulations for food products, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to addresses provided incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

Damaged Products

All Pilsudski Mustard products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. However, if your product arrives damaged:

  1. Take a photo of the damaged product and packaging
  2. Contact us at info@pilsudskimustard.com within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Include your order number and photos of damage
  4. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no additional cost
